Edwin Transfers Tours helps visitors plan transportation and excursions in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. A useful booking starts with the details of your trip: where you will be staying, when you arrive, how many people are travelling and what kind of experience you want. Share those details before choosing a service so the team can check the request and explain the available arrangements.
Prepare your pickup information
For an airport transfer, send the airport name, flight number, arrival date and the name or address of your accommodation. If you need a return journey, provide the departure date and flight details as well. Tell the team about children, the amount of luggage and any equipment that needs space. Vehicle suitability and pickup arrangements should be confirmed for your group rather than assumed from a photograph.
Choose the experience that fits your group
The published catalogue includes city sightseeing, waterfall experiences and outdoor activities. Read the page for the specific tour you are considering. Ask about the planned route, transport, meeting point, activity requirements and what is included in the quoted price. Families and mixed-ability groups may need a different pace or activity choice. Mention those preferences when asking for information so the team can discuss the request.
Review the booking and payment details
Check the date, number of participants and service description before proceeding to a booking provider. Where a booking button opens WeTravel, review the final price, provider fees and conditions displayed there. A general enquiry does not mean that a reservation has been confirmed or paid. Ask for clarification if the amount or inclusions differ from what you expected. Do not send card details or passwords in an ordinary message.
Keep the agreed information together
Save the confirmation and the contact details you will use during the trip. Before travelling, check the agreed pickup location, time and instructions. If your plans change, contact the team through the official website and ask how the change affects your booking. Confirm cancellation and refund conditions for your selected service before paying. These practical checks help you arrive with a clear plan and know what still needs to be agreed.
